Issue with iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro: App Store not working
It is possible that the App store is having trouble recognizing your Apple ID if you try to access App Shop for first time or repeatedly.
If you have had trouble connecting to App Store on your iPhone before, it is likely that Apple Services has gone down or there are network connectivity issues.
Other than the above, App Store may not work on iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro.
These steps will fix the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro issues that prevent you from connecting to App Store.
1. Make sure your iPhone has an Internet connection
To access App Store, you must be connected to either WiFi (or Cellular Network) You can confirm this by visiting websites like google.com and iphonegeeks.com with your iPhone.
You need to fix the problem with WiFi not Working on iPhone 12. After that, you should be able launch or open App Store App on iPhone 12.
2. Check the status of Apple Services
Apple servers may sometimes be temporarily unavailable, preventing you from accessing App Store. Visit Apple’s System Status page to confirm and then take a look at the App Store entry.
You will see an error message beside the App Store entry if there is a problem. The dot next to App Shop will be red and not green.
You can also search for App Store Down by using Twitter to see if people are having problems.
3. Restart iPhone & Power Off iPhone
Sometimes the iPhone 12 App Store does not work due to a stuck process or program that is preventing your device’s proper functioning.
Go to Settings > General > Shut down iPhone. Allow iPhone to turn off fully. Wait 30 seconds, then power it back on by pressing and holding the Power Button.
4. Sign out of Apple ID and sign back
Apple ID may not recognize your Apple ID, as mentioned previously.

Wait 30 seconds, then sign back in to your Apple ID.
5. Turn off VPN
Disable VPN on your iPhone, and sign in to iCloud.
Navigate to Settings > VPN > Move the toggle next Status to the OFF position.
After you have disabled VPN, you will be able sign-in to your Apple ID or App Store.
6. Switch to another WiFi Network
Your Office or Workplace network may have a restriction on websites. This is to save bandwidth. You can reach the App Store by using your Cellular Network.
If you’re at home, open Settings > WiFi > tap to activate your WiFi network.
Next, choose 5G or another network available under My Networks section.
7. You can check the date and time settings

After enabling the Automatically Set option, ensure that your iPhone is in the correct Time Zone.
