With the current state of affairs, it might be possible to say that you don’t need a body like a model. Fitness is not about being attractive. It’s also about feeling good. This makes it even more important. With so many of us glued to our screens and addicted to media, we are not doing enough for our own well-being. It could actually be simpler than you think. We literally have the solution. It’s called
The Apple Watch is an extremely useful device for tracking your fitness. You don’t need to use all the features or follow every trend to get fitter. The beauty of the Apple Watch is its simplicity. To get fitter, you simply need to close your rings. That’s it.
It’s more like a game. It’s easy to become part of it. It’s fun to play with friends wherever and whenever we are. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5am or when we go on vacation to hike a volcano.
We’ll make it as easy as possible in this guide. This means that I will only discuss three steps to help you get your Apple Watch in order to stay on track. Let’s get to it without further delay!
Step 1: Make an unsettling move goal
This will force you to step out of your comfort zone. You can’t make progress in your comfort zone. It seems simple, right?
Smartly set your personal move goal
It’s important not to set it too high or low. It won’t help you if it is too low. You’ll soon lose motivation to continue your pursuit of it if you set the bar too high.
The number is irrelevant at the beginning. You don’t have to eat 400 calories per day if you are used to it. Instead, eat 500. Go for 700 if you have 600. Simply do more.
Let’s now get to the important part.
Step 2: Make the closing of the move ring a routine
Now is the time to close your move ring. It’s important to treat it as such. It doesn’t really matter how close you make your move ring. It’s actually a good idea for you to try other sports.
Tip: Do exercises that require high pulses.
This will help you lose weight and become more fit. Running, skiing, swimming, HIIT and other exercises of this nature are all recommended.
Keep going and gain momentum. You’ll soon feel the rush, even though it may be difficult the first few days.
Personally, I am about to reach 185 days of closing my move rings in a row. It was hard to get started, especially in winter. You can build a streak of success with time, which is great motivation to keep going.
Step 3: Have fun getting fit
It doesn’t feel that way, but I get it. They say that your journey is more important then your goal.
Take the time to enjoy your progress and notice how you are getting fitter. You will be more efficient and break your own records. It’s so much more satisfying to be naked in front of the mirror.
Tip: Set your goal
Adjust your goal if you find that you are meeting your move goals easily each day. As such, you ensure lasting progress.
Enjoy the ride, have fun, and get the most out it all.
